I had a rough time dealing with their customer support. To be fair, they didn’t come across as rude or anything, but it still felt like they weren’t really paying attention to what I was saying. It took ages to get a reply, and then when they finally did respond, I had to explain the same issue all over again. Weirdly, I could tell they were trying in some way, but at the same time I didn’t actually get much help. Overall it was just frustrating and not really what I expected.

I’ve been liking Vega overall. The texture is actually smooth and not super chalky, which was a nice surprise. It can get a little thick if I don’t shake it really well, and sometimes the mouthfeel is a bit heavy, like... not bad, just noticeable. Still easy to drink though, and I’d probably buy it again

I think the ingredients are clean, at least from what I can tell, and it hasn’t bothered my stomach so far. I’m not totally sure it’s worth the price, but overall it seems like a decent option

The product I received didn’t really seem fresh to me. It tasted a bit stale, almost like it may have been sitting around for a while, and the smell seemed slightly off too. For the price, it was disappointing. I’m not sure I’d order from here again

I bought this thinking it would have more protein per serving, but it feels low for what it costs. I ended up needing to use extra scoops, so the tub ran out way faster than I expected. On top of that, the constant reminders to reorder were a bit much and kind of annoying. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again.

The box showed up crushed around the edges, which was disappointing. The product was still there, but the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better.

I really wanted this to work, but... yeah, the mixing is frustrating. I tried it in a shaker, then with a spoon, and either way there were still gritty bits stuck to the bottom and sides.
Even after shaking it longer than I normally would, it never seemed to fully dissolve. The drink ended up kind of lumpy, which made it hard to finish. I don’t think I’d buy it again unless they improve the texture.

The subscription was easy to set up and works well overall. What more can you really ask for? The only small issue is that shipping can be a little slow now and then, but it hasn’t been a huge deal for me.

I sent everything back and expected the refund to be sorted quickly, but I’m still waiting. I’ve had to chase them up about it, which has been frustrating. The whole return process has been more of a hassle than it needed to be...

It’s definitely on the sweet side. There’s a slight aftertaste, but it wasn’t bad enough to bother me much. Overall, it’s fine and I’d still use it.

I got annoyed trying to use this site. It took forever to find what I was looking for, the pages kept lagging, and the checkout process felt way more difficult than it needed to be. After I paid, I started feeling a little uneasy because everything still seemed slow and kind of unreliable, which didn’t exactly make me trust that my order went through properly.

I tried this for a few weeks and I don’t know why, but I just didn’t really feel much of a difference. The taste was fine, nothing bad, but for the price I expected a bit more. Maybe it works better for other people, but it just didn’t do much for me

I do like that Vega has a lot of plant-based options, and the fact that many of them are dairy-free is a big plus for me. The website is easy to browse too, so finding products wasn’t really the issue.

Where I got a little frustrated was with the allergen information. I was expecting clearer instructions or at least more obvious details right on each product page, especially for things like soy, nuts, and possible cross-contamination. Instead, I had to click around and look through smaller details more than I wanted to.

Overall, it’s not a bad experience and I still like the product options, but it doesn’t feel totally stress-free if you’re shopping with allergies in mind. I’d give it 3 stars.

The prices are fair and I feel like you get decent value overall. The only thing is the delivery could be a bit quicker, but aside from that, my experience was good.
